Returns & Right of Withdrawal
If you purchase a gemstone on this website and change your mind, you may request a return under the conditions below.
Timeframe
You have 14 calendar days from the date you receive your order to notify me that you wish to return it.
Conditions
To be eligible for a return, the gemstone must:

be unused and in the same condition as received,

be returned with its original packaging and any documentation (if included).
How to request a return

Email me at info@amadofolch.com with your order number (reason is optional).

I will provide return instructions and the return address.

Once the item is received and checked, I will issue the refund.
Return shipping costs
Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility, except in case of a defective item or an error in the order.
Refunds
Refunds are processed using the original payment method, typically within 3–7 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned item.
Exceptions
Custom orders or gemstones cut specifically on request may have different conditions. If so, this will be clearly communicated before confirming the order.
