I ship from Spain. Each gemstone is carefully prepared and securely packed to arrive in perfect condition.
Processing time
Orders are usually prepared within 1–3 business days (if there is any exception, I will let you know before shipping).
Delivery times

Spain: 24–72 h (depending on destination)

European Union: 3–7 business days

Rest of the world: 5–15 business days
(Delivery times may vary due to customs or peak periods.)
Shipping costs
Shipping costs are shown during checkout before you confirm your order. If you need a special service (express, insured shipping, etc.), feel free to contact me.
Tracking & security
Whenever possible, shipments include tracking. For higher-value gemstones, insured shipping can be arranged.
Customs & taxes
For destinations outside the European Union, local taxes, duties or customs fees may apply. These costs are the buyer’s responsibility.
